The aim of the study was to assess occurrence sleep disorders and value body mass index in seniors, taking into account their quality aging participation classes at Universities Third Age (UTAs). involved 631 (100%) seniors from Silesian Voivodeship, aged 60 96 years (𝑥̅ = 70.28 ± 6.09 years). An original survey questionnaire used, supplemented by Successful Aging Scale Athens Insomnia questionnaires. median successful (SAI) points obtained UTAs "+" 11.71, while SAI "-" 11.18. Sleep were more common women than men as well among people 71-80 compared other groups. There statistically significant weak negative correlations between questionaire domains number value. abnormally increased weight associated with a deterioration studied seniors. Seniors participating activities had better who denied mentioned activity. Actions should be constantly taken improve process including providing them access contacts people, treating educating on benefits healthy lifestyle maintaining proper weight.
