Background:
The
enduring
impact
of
COVID-19
on
the
long-term
care
(LTC)
sector
remains
uncertain,
necessitating
targeted
efforts
to
address
current
and
emerging
challenges.

stressors
faced
by

workers
(HCWs)

LTC
co-develop
innovative,
actionable
strategies
