Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
study
social
media
(SM)
role
in
detecting
food
supply
chain
management
(SCM)
challenges
and
the
importance
of
Blockchain
technology
(BCT)
presenting
sustainable
solutions

‘multi‐level’
management
approaches
to
extend
upstream
in

lower‐tiers
previously
considered
‘commodities
with
no
value’.
Social
networking
progressive
farmers
played
inclusive
roles
change
agents
bringing
all
stakeholders

fragmented

coordinated

strategic
