Purpose Based on social cognitive theory, this study aims to explore the effect of authentic leadership employee green creativity by studying mediating role reflection and rumination moderating psychological capital. Design/methodology/approach This used experience sampling methodology test hypothesis. Specifically, applied two-level path analysis analyze 1,290 observations from 129 employees.
