In times of disruption, a company’s ability to manage its supply chain effectively can determine success or failure. This paper explores the extent which strategic partnership development, mediated by digital transformation, enhances effectiveness during such periods. A mixed methods approach was used, involving surveys and interviews with professionals from Saudi Arabian manufacturing sector. The study’s findings reveal that transformation partnerships work synergistically together enhance resilience effectiveness, resulting in improved operational agility adaptability. Four key enablers were identified: inter-business coordination, leadership, technological culture, recruitment management. Metodologia/abordagem: foi realizado um estudo caso único qualitativo em filial brasileira alemã que atua no B2B. Originalidade/relevância: dada a profusão das estratégias colaboração se inserem as alianças, o conhecimento sobre gestão dessas parcerias auxilia organizações performance atividades, entre elas seu portfólio alianças. Ademais, artigo discutem os instrumentos utilizados para essa gestão, com evidências sua aplicabilidade.
