Aims: Voice behavior refers to nurses' proactive actions in offering constructive suggestions, providing feedback, or raising concerns the workplace, which are crucial for enhancing care quality and improving work environment. This study aims investigate current status influencing factors of voice among nurses neonatal intensive units (NICUs) tertiary hospitals Sichuan Province, empirical evidence improved nursing management hospital administration. Design: A multicenter, crosssectional survey. Methods: From January June 2023, 422 from Province were selected through stratified random sampling. Data collected self-reported questionnaires, including a general information questionnaire scale. ABSTRACT Toxic workplace environments, especially those involving gaslighting, are known to contribute stress and excessive work habits, such as workaholism, which may hinder a nurse's agility—an essential skill in adapting fast‐paced healthcare environments. However, the interplay between agility nursing remains underexplored. This study aims investigate relationship among nurses, focusing on how gaslighting moderates this relationship. is multicenter cross‐sectional that was conducted 594 full‐time nurses from three major hospitals Egypt. Data were collected using Gaslighting at Work Questionnaire, Workforce Agility Scale, Bergen Addiction Scale. Correlation regression analyses performed test hypotheses. Results revealed reported moderate levels of agility. Significant negative correlations found both workaholism. negatively moderated workaholism agility, exacerbating impact nurses' ability remain agile. The findings indicate toxic behaviors, undermine Regulatory safeguards necessary protect ensuring their well‐being quality services. These call for development national standards policies address mental health ensure accountability settings.
