This study examines the impact of Artificial intelligence and effectiveness territorial E-governance. The objects are to explore implicit benefits artificial in Amman's governance, assess its on decision- making processes.The sample consists government ministries public sector, which includes 40 governmental entities enforcing AI systems. methodology covers a five- time period from 2018 2023, relies primary data sources, including sanctioned reports stoner satisfaction checks, dissect relinquishment operation intelligence. research findings illustrate that use E-governance supported by technologies sector has led tangible improvements user service delivery effectiveness. It also contributed enhancing efficiency, transparency, reducing bureaucratic processes, improving prediction planning, reflecting positive development.
