Emergency nurses are central to reporting patient safety errors. By encouraging voluntarily report errors, hospitals can detect these errors and implement measures prevent future occurrence. The purpose of this study was survey the relationships between error experience culture (PSC) with safe activities emergency in Iran. This descriptive-correlational used a convenience sampling method based on predefined inclusion criteria select 226 Ardabil Province, northwest Iran, from April July 2023. data collection tools were demographic Hospital Survey Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) questionnaire, 4-item questionnaire for care scale. analyzed using SPSS-26, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression. mean PSC nursing 3.24 (± 0.46), 3.41 0.43), respectively. Multiple regression analysis revealed that potential factors associated communication providing feedback about (β=0.229, P=0.007) an system (β = 0.221, P 005). Changing attitude managers organizational leaders toward systemic approach is critical improving increasing reporting. Hospitals should review their policies ensure educational supportive environment provide opportunities better participate hospital safety.
