The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on people of all ages, especially children. This is cross-sectional study in Thailand to explore the emotional and behavioral problems school-aged children associated factors during lockdown. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly disrupted the lives of pre-primary school children in Singapore where increased infection rates prompted lockdown measures that altered children’s daily routines. This study aimed to evaluate impact on lifestyle behaviours and health quality 3134 aged 5 6 years across three periods: pre-COVID, lockdown, endemicity. Data were collected using Surveillance Digital Media Habits Early Childhood Questionnaire (SMALLQ®) measure on- off-screen media habits Pediatric Quality Life Inventory (PaedQL) assess quality. Adherence physical activity (PA) guidelines dropped from 32.7% pre-COVID 27.4% during but improved 34.4% endemicity (p < 0.05). Sleep (SL) adherence followed a similar pattern, decreasing 33.4% 27.9% before rising 40.6% Screen time (ST) declined (16.7% 10.8%, p 0.001). Background/Objectives: Growing interest in post-viral conditions following COVID-19 infection has led researchers and clinicians to develop several definitions of post-COVID-19 syndrome.
