The management of depression in patients undergoing hemodialysis remains challenging and affects quality life; however, there is a possibility that breathing exercises may be effective this context. Thus, the purpose study was to evaluate effectiveness training program on life among hemodialysis. A one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design used. Data were collected from at three dialysis centers. ABSTRACT Background: Sleep quality is a crucial clinical outcome for hemodialysis (HD) patients, and fatigue among the most prevalent symptoms experienced by this group. However, research on sleep HD patients in Saudi Arabia remains relatively scarce. Aims: The study aimed to evaluate of levels examine correlation between these two variables. Methods: This employed cross-sectional design with convenience sample 96 patients. Data were collected from large public hospitals using Fatigue Severity Scale Pittsburgh Quality Index (PSQI). Results: findings revealed that global PSQI score was 7.93 ± 3.63, indicating moderate disturbance, while also moderate, mean 4.60 1.76. A positive significant observed poor quality. When comparing individuals (PSQI ≥ 5) those good < 5), sleepers exhibited significantly higher (mean = 4.89) than 3.5, P 0.001). No differences identified other or demographic factors. Conclusions: highlights high prevalence underlining importance addressing issues improve patient outcomes. Further needed explore underlying causes disturbances population interventions can help reduce fatigue, ultimately enhancing life
