A
pangenome
is
a
collection
of
the
common

unique
genomes
that
are

genetic

sampled,
resulting

diverse

Pangenomic
analysis
offers
several
advantages
compared
to
traditional
genomic
research.
For
example,

bound
by
physical
constraints

genome,
so
it
can
capture
more
variability.
