Generative AI, particularly ChatGPT, creates new managerial concerns. This article addresses a crucial challenge: While employees are including the tool as their private knowledge assistant in many aspects of daily work, it is difficult for managers to see and understand impact within organization. There more literature on what ChatGPT means business, but we cannot say much long uninformed about its actual use. So, getting an insider's perspective needed think consequences organizations. The grounded qualitative study employees' experiences interacting with among 50 early adopters. First, show how employee-ChatGPT relations develop from private, experimental use into integral part work. Second, identify six affordances: searching information, brainstorming ideas, structuring content, writing first draft, embellishing text, proofing Further, highlight three looming side effects that threaten ties, quality organizations, work roles configured. Accordingly, this offers guidance managing ChatGPT-empowered workforce way aims mitigate these while harnessing opportunities.

Abstract Management scholars are increasingly interested in ‘future making’, observing and theorizing how organizational actors produce enact the yet‐to‐come. However, rapid growth of conversation runs risk emptying notion future making, calling into question its meaning relevance. In response to these concerns, our Point is that there value understanding making from a practice perspective. A perspective, we argue, empirically sufficiently open account for plurality open‐endedness futures amidst continual emergence interrelated crises, large‐scale challenges, intractable technologies. Abstract The integration of artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI (GenAI) and large language models (LLMs), into systematic literature reviews (SLRs) represents a transformative advancement in research methodologies. This paper proposes hybrid framework combining AI’s computational power with the epistemological rigor human expertise, anchored transparency, validity, reliability, comprehensiveness, reflective agency. The aim of this study was to identify the key focal points in formation a new management paradigm amid exponential growth digital technologies and economy. primary objectives included determining conditions, development directions, levels, contradictions emerging paradigm.
