This paper aims to identify the barriers accessing social services for persons with disabilities among Ukrainian refugees and examine how stakeholders can reach them through communication channels. The article analyzes challenges faced by disabled in Georgia. We employed a mixed methods approach address this objective, combining quantitative qualitative research methods. surveyed 114 disabilities, aged 18 60+ (n = 114), residing Georgia, conducted semi-structured interviews 26 experts from civil society organizations assisting refugees, as well 6 caregivers diverse roles (e.g., mother, daughter, husband). findings reveal significant difficulties essential such healthcare, employment, psychological counseling, rehabilitation, early intervention services, legal aid, information. primary strategies providing humanitarian aid include individualized approaches communication. However, while many nongovernmental (NGOs) assist there are currently no NGOs specifically focused on supporting children adults population.
