Background: The increasing levels of overweight and obesity are negatively impacting the health wellbeing individuals communities. Sin embargo, efectos nutrición el adolescente van más allá crecimiento abarcan salud cardiovascular, intelectual estado inmunitario, lo debemos acercarnos ella considerándola una valiosa oportunidad para transmitir normas dietéticas consejos vida saludables pueden modificar riesgo futuro enfermedades relacionadas con alimentación que, si interiorizan esta etapa, conservarán largo toda adulta. Los adolescentes están sometidos triple carga: desnutrición, deficiencia micronutrientes exceso peso. Para abordaje integral problemas nutricionales adolescencia, debe actuarse no solo desde mundo salud, sino también ámbito escolar sociedad su conjunto. Sobre todo, podemos olvidar al propio agente cambio.
