Patients history having TSCC, complete demographic data (age gender), through histopathological follow-up period six months were included. overall (OS) disease-free (DFS) participants determined.Histopathological grade was assessed as secondary objective. Kaplan-Meier analysis performed, conducted using method, log-rank test multivariable Cox regression model. A total number 162 included mean age 59.6 ± 15.7 years. majority (53.1%) women. Most classified Grade I (37.7%) Stage (46.3%). local recurrence metastasis rates 12.3% 4.3%, respectively. median OS DFS 46 7.8 36 5.7 months, Five-year 41.5% 36%. No significant correlation found patients' gender or histological grade. However, inversely related stage age, showing statistical significance (P < 0.05).
