Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), which comprise coronary heart disease, hypertension, and stroke, collectively represent the number one cause of death globally. Atherosclerosis is dominant CVDs, its risk factors are elevated levels low-density lipoprotein cholesterol triglycerides, cigarette smoking, obesity, diabetes mellitus. In addition, diverse evidence highlights role played by inflammation clonal haematopoiesis, eventually leading to immunity involvement. The human microbiota project subsequent studies using next-generation sequencing technology have indicated that thousands different microbial species present in gut. ABSTRACT The immune system (IS) is commonly understood as a composed of specific cells and tissues that have evolved to contrast pathogens defend the host. By virtue this capacity, it has come be considered capable making an essential distinction, between self versus non‐self, which would contribute clear identity organism. However, in wake evolution ecology, growing evidence suggests so‐called system, also from symbiotic interactions with external agents, not just defensive merely protects organism but, on contrary, involved many global regulatory homeostatic functions. Moreover, performing these functions, IS only ensemble host but functionally constitutively determined by interaction set associated microorganisms, is, human microbiome. In scenario, open‐and‐shut microbiome itself functional part extended system. Organisms microbiomes together, therefore, form whole, constitutes privileged biological organization. light showing inadequacy traditional accounts, we propose extend supplement current conceptualization introducing notion symmunobiome. With term, intend characterize microbiome's own unavoidable component overall functionality. Therefore, suggest new determination, articulated three linked pillars—adaptive immunity, innate symmunobiome—to better grasp diverse functionality immunity.
