Landslide relic inventories serve as essential data for geological disaster investigations and risk assessments. Using a previously developed landslide inventory Minhe County, Qinghai Province, this study employs number density (LND) area percentage (LAP) to thoroughly investigate the spatial distribution characteristics of landslides in region. Utilizing GIS platform, we selected ten factors in-depth analysis, including elevation, slope aspect, gradient, relief degree land surface, distance faults, lithology, use type, rivers, rainfall, NDVI. The results show that at least 5,517 relics have with total coverage 434.43 km 2 . These are mainly distributed regions elevations 2000–2100 m, gradients 15°–25°, Neogene strata, grassland, within 0–2 rivers. Both aspect most significant influencing County. findings contribute better understanding development Huangshui River Basin provide valuable support future assessments prevention efforts.
