The high rate of cesarean section (CS) deliveries in Indonesia, surpassing WHO standards, poses significant risks, including complications for mother and baby recurrent cases. Vaginal birth after (VBAC) offers a safer alternative, yet limited knowledge inadequate support often discourage its adoption. In the digital era, virtual communities like Telegram groups provide critical platforms VBAC-related information support. This study explores characteristics "VBAC Story" community, learning processes, communication models. Using qualitative ethnographic approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, content analysis. Findings reveal that community fosters VBAC education shared experiences, role models, interactive discussions, offering emotional boosting confidence among pregnant women. research highlights potential empowering women emphasizes healthcare workers enhancing health literacy via social media.
