Background
Exercise
can
play
an
important
role
in
reducing
symptom
severity
and
improving
functional
impairment
patients
with
posttraumatic
stress
disorder
(PTSD).
However,
the
precise
mechanisms
underpinning

PTSD
management
are
not
fully
understood.

living
systematic
review
aims
to
synthesize
