Background. Accelerated biological aging is associated with age-related diseases and an increased risk of mortality. Genetic predisposition may be important factor in this process. Aim. To determine the significance genetic polymorphisms VDR COL1A1 genes accelerated aging. Materials methods. The study included 100 women aged 20–35 years, divided into groups (Group 1) normal/slow 2) rates. We assessed age using V.P.
