Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have emerged as a large class of stable and conserved that are derived primarily from back-splicing pre-mRNAs expressed in cell- tissue-specific fashion. Recent studies indicated subset circRNAs may undergo translation through cap-independent pathways mediated by internal ribosome entry sites (IRESs), m6A modifications, or IRES-like short elements. Considering the stability low immunogenicity circRNAs,

Nucleic acid therapeutics represent a highly promising treatment approach in modern medicine, treating diseases at the genetic level. However, these face numerous challenges practical applications, particularly regarding their stability, effectiveness, cellular uptake efficiency, and limitations delivering them specifically to target tissues. To overcome obstacles, researchers have developed various innovative delivery systems, including viral vectors, lipid nanoparticles, polymer inorganic protein carriers, exosomes, antibody oligonucleotide conjugates, DNA nanostructure-based systems. These systems enhance therapeutic efficacy of nucleic drugs by improving targeting specificity, half-life vivo. In this review, we systematically discuss different types drugs, analyze major barriers encountered delivery, summarize current research progress emerging We also highlight latest advancements application for diseases, infectious cancer, brain wound healing. This review aims provide comprehensive overview drug systems' status future directions integrating nanotechnology, biomaterials science, gene editing technologies, emphasizing transformative potential precision medicine.

Immunotherapy is an established and efficient treatment strategy for a variety of malignancies. It aims to boost the anticancer properties one’s own immune system. Several immunotherapeutic options are available, but checkpoint blockers represent most widely known investigated. Anticancer vaccines evolving area immunotherapy that stimulate antigen-presenting cells, cytotoxic responses CD8+ T presence memory among others. Over years, different approaches have been studied, such as mRNA DNA vaccines, together with dendritic cell- viral vector-based vaccines. Recently, accumulating number clinical studies performed analyze safety potential efficacy these agents. The aim this review summarize recent advances regarding types therapeutic Furthermore, it will discuss how in preclinical models can enhance outcomes.
