Abstract While there is a lively debate about the potential harmful effects of pesticide use, multiplication data sources offers new ways assessing these effects. To facilitate future studies, this article sets out method for obtaining map use intensity mainland France, taking into account effect each plot. do so, number treatments was assigned to plot based on statistical concerning average per crop and region. The final result raster with resolution 100m, which takes years 2019, 2020 2021. A first application conducted in study showed that 25% French population exposed at least 1 treatment year their place residence (5% 10 year). There were marked differences exposure between regions, particularly high west north example. France produced freely accessible studies.

In Brazil, there is 13% of the world's bat diversity, second most diverse group mammals, playing a crucial role in providing ecosystem services that benefit humans. However, anthropogenic disturbances exacerbate processes species extinction, shifts geographic distributions, and phenological changes, despite efforts to safeguard biodiversity through creation Conservation Units Indigenous Lands. Moreover, gaps taxonomic knowledge challenges related distribution hinder effective implementation conservation strategies protected areas. This study assesses contribution Brazilian (both Full Protection Sustainable Use) Lands their services. It also presents maps illustrating richness by trophic guilds threat classification according IUCN, including listed as Data Deficient. The findings reveal low percentages potential areas within these regions, especially for insectivorous, nectarivorous, frugivorous bats Cerrado biome, which are classified Near Threatened. Additionally, highest was observed Amazon Atlantic Forest biomes.
