Abstract
The
nuclear
factor
erythroid
2-related
2
(NRF2)
is
a
transcription
that
plays
critical
role
in
the
xenobiotic
and
stress
responses.
During
viral
infection,
NRF2
can
modulate
host
metabolism
innate
immunity;
however,
most
common
activity
of
diseases
controlling
reactive
oxygen
species
(ROS).
Zika
virus
(ZIKV)
involved
vertical
infection
pregnancy,
with
reported
fetal
health
consequences.
However,
possibility
ZIKV
regulates
expression
placental
trophoblasts
has
not
been
investigated.
In
this
report,
we
evaluated
upregulation
antioxidant
enzymes
trophoblast-like
cell.
These
findings
could
help
us
understand
mechanism
underlying
placenta
during
pregnancy.
