OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY: This review analyzes the epidemiological situation of fungal and bacterial infections in Russia, including identification priority pathogens based on WHO data, their geographic distribution, impact various age or social groups, infection severity. The analysis covers dynamics prevalence over past 10 years. Additionally, it examines identified trends population morbidity, mortality, disability rates. DATA SOURCES AND ANALYSIS: was official statistics from Federal Service for Oversight Consumer Protection Welfare (FSOCPW, Russia), information WHO, data papers published peer-reviewed scientific journals. It considers morbidity mortality rates together with factors influencing spread infections, namely, changes virulence, development antibiotic resistance, resistant strains, emerging pathogens. used assessment infectious disease years also include such as climate change, urbanization, migration, distribution diseases demographic impact. CONCLUSION: results highlight need continuous monitoring, new strategies prevention treatment strengthening measures to combat resistance Russia.

ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ: Данная обзорная статья анализирует эпидемиологическую ситуацию по грибковым и бактериальным инфекциям в России, включая идентификацию приоритетных возбудителей с учетом данных ВОЗ, их географическое распространение, влияние на различные возрастные социальные группы, а также тяжесть инфекций. Анализ охватывает динамику распространенности за последние 5-10 лет, учитывая изменения вирулентности, антибиотикорезистентность, новые патогены такие факторы, как климатические изменения, применение антибиотиков, урбанизация миграция, выявленных тенденций заболеваемость, смертность инвалидизацию. ИСТОЧНИКИ ДАННЫХ: основан официальной статистики Роспотребнадзора, информации публикациях, цитируемых базах PubMed Scopus, других рецензируемых научных журналах. Рассматриваются данные о заболеваемости, смертности, резистентности к противомикробным препаратам факторах, влияющих распространение ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: Полученные результаты демонстрируют необходимость постоянного эпидемиологического мониторинга, разработки новых стратегий профилактики лечения инфекционных заболеваний усиления мер борьбе антибиотикорезистентностью России.
