ABSTRACT Increasing strain on feed resources has led to a gradual increase in input costs, making it necessary improve efficiency livestock and poultry. In this study, Hu sheep were divided into two groups (high low conversion ratio [FCR]) according the FCR. Based 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing technology compare rumen small intestine microbial composition, differences similarities of production performance, expression level intestinal nutrient-specific carrier, digestive enzyme activity, short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) content, muscle conventional nutrient blood biochemical indexes high- low-FCR investigated, correlation analysis was conducted. The results showed that group had higher efficiency, average daily gain, less fat deposition ( P < 0.05). difference composition between significant Spearman’s FCR significantly associated with performance such as body weight, deposition, dressing percentage levels activity transporter carrier than high-FCR group. Therefore, can be one important targets concern production. Combining regulating gastrointestinal environment by nutritional means greatly economic benefit sheep. IMPORTANCE Feed costs account for large portion housed purpose comparing different is regulate microecology practice. This helps producers choose maximize achieve low-carbon

Background This study conducts a systematic review through meta-analysis, comparing the composition and diversity of gut microbiome in patients with esophageal cancer healthy individuals, explores relationship between risk factors related cancer. Methods According to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), we comprehensively searched databases PubMed, Web Science, Embase, Cochrane Library. In addition, applied R programming language version 4.0.3 Stata 15.1 software data analysis. We also implemented Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS), funnel plot analysis, Egger’s test, Begg’s test assess bias. Results this study, total 328 studies were identified literature search. Among them, 117 duplicate removed, 202 excluded based on inclusion exclusion criteria. Finally, 9 included involving 216 carcinoma 352 controls. Four provided Chao1 index quantitative consolidation (ES = 637.41, 95% CI: 549.16 725.66, p 0.000, I 2 98.2%). Two [27, 29] reported ACE 438.89, 362.42 515.35, 97%). Seven [26,27,29,30,32] Shannon 4.38, 3.95 4.81, 99%). At phylum level, abundance Bacteroidetes(ES 37.8, 25.75 49.85, I2 87.2%) Proteobacteria(ES 7.48, 5.02 8.85, 0.04, 2.4%) have statistical difference ESCC HC. There was no significant HC genera(p>0.05). Conclusions observational meta-analysis revealed that changes GM correlated carcinoma, variations some advantageous might involve regional differences. Additionally, aims facilitate early diagnosis improve screening diagnostic efficiency.
