The present cancer diagnostic techniques and contrast agents suffer drawbacks, adverse effects, poor compatibility with patients due to health variations. To improve the detection of breast cancer, this work examined contrasted prospective applications pomegranates, chitosan nanoparticles (Cs NPs), pomegranate-loaded (PCs NPs) as for based on diffuse reflectance properties at following laser frequencies: red (670 nm) near-infrared (700 808 spectrum. Herein, a platform is proposed, offering promising pathway detection. PCs NPs two different pomegranate contents (2 5 g/L) were synthesized using sol–gel method. cytotoxicity developed nanomaterials human normal (Vero) (MCF7) cell lines evaluated in presence irradiation 670 nm, fluorescent effect was observed. chemical structures extract analyzed FTIR, they then further analytically characterized dynamic light scattering, zeta potential, field-emission scanning electron microscopy. Results confirmed structural stability nanomaterials. Cytotoxicity measurements revealed that achieved selective cytotoxic toward tumor cells. also showed significant wavelength-dependent changes characteristics between malignant NPs, content g/L, enhanced cells compared more than three folds. These findings indicate potential distinguish healthy reflection measurements.
