The ecological situation in the Central Donbas remains tense today and requires timely diagnosis of state ecosystems. Major causes environmental Donbass are high level industrialization (mining, metallurgical, mining chemical industries), urbanization, agricultural technologies, landscape transformation warfare from 2014 to present. With all variety biological methods obtaining large numerical information, importance mathematical approaches is particular significance. Using example principal component analysis, a method for visualizing data assessing transformed ecotopes has been tested. An attempt made reconstruct some missing list characteristics. values probability reliability have established. This allows more accurate information monitoring environment region. Principal analysis complements available cartographic materials, highlights most significant processes considering general degradation ecosystems (by indicator plants Bryum argenteum Hedw., Ceratodon purpureus (Hedw.) Brid, Amblystegium subtile Schimp., Centaurea diffusa Lam., Cichorium intybus L., Tripleurospermum inodorum (L.) Sch. Bip. et al.). cause effect relationships peculiarities grouped order further restore integrity functionality historical geographical environment.

The article presents the results of a long-term experimental monitoring (1996-2023) condition indicator plants has been implemented in territory Central Donbass. Due to experiment, it was proved that flowering have both indices non-plasticity structure vegetative and generative parts. Indicator species analyzed: Centaurea diffusa Lam., Cichorium intybus L., Diplotaxis muralis (L.) DC., Echium vulgare Reseda lutea Senecio vulgaris L. others. Registration sites with priority pollutants complex pollution established. It found geostrategic pattern obtained by mapping for traits on embryotic teratogenesis morphological heterogeneity coincide 93% projective coverage area. out period 1996-2013, 32% total investigated area Donbass technogenically transformed, 2014-2021, this 36%, 2022-2023, 41%.

In the general environmental monitoring system of Donbass, signs indicative significance in plant structure have been identified - at level macromarkers Verbascum lychnitis L. flowers and inflorescences typical species natural man-made ecotopes. It has established that with an increase anthropogenic transformation ecosystems, structural functional disorders arise plants flora, severity which is indicator unfavorable factors influence. Such transformations are considered as special cases pathologies (anomalies) teratogenesis generative sphere, reflected habitual entire architectonics plant, well parts flower their mutual arrangement.
