This
study
aims
to
examine
the
independent
and
joint
associations
of
physical
activity
(PA)
sedentary
behaviour
with
depressive
symptoms.
A
population-based
cross-sectional
conducted
in
China
included
17,861
adults.
PA
were
assessed
using
International
Physical
Activity
Questionnaire.
Depressive
symptoms
determined
by
9-item
Patient
Health
Questionnaire
score
≥10.
Logistic
regression
models
used
calculate
odds
ratios
(ORs)
corresponding
95%
confidence
intervals
(CIs).
The
prevalence
among
all
participants
was
20.6%
(3679/17861).
Higher
levels
inversely
associated
symptoms,
whereas
prolonged
increased
positive

Abstract
Beyond
health,
physical
activity
(PA)
is
associated
with
better
creative
ideation
performance.
People
who
are
habitually
more
physically
active
produce
original
ideas
when
asked
to
think
creatively
about
an
alternative
use
of
everyday
object
such
as
a
brick.
This
aligns
findings
indicating
positive
relationship
PA
basic
cognition,
memory,
attention,
well
executive
functioning.
However,
the
best
our
knowledge,
date,
no
empirical
research
examined
link
between
(or
inactivity)
and
real-life
behavior.
Therefore,
this
study
investigated
how
objective
subjective
assessments
relate
activities
achievements.
In
sample
156
participants
wearing
mobile
sensor
for
up
five
consecutive
days,
less
sedentary
behavior
moderate-to-vigorous
