Abstract
Aims
Aging
is
associated
with
declines
in
muscle
strength
and
physical
function,
sleep
plays
a
crucial
role
maintaining
musculoskeletal
health.
This
cohort
study,
based
on
the
China
Health
Retirement
Longitudinal
Study
(CHARLS),
aims
to
explore
relationship
between
characteristics
performance
middle-aged
elderly
individuals.
Methods
A
total
of
2,998
participants
from
CHARLS
were
included,
baseline
data
2011
survey
follow-up
2015
survey.
Nighttime
napping
patterns
assessed,
changes

over
time
