Standard tools of attention diagnosis have seen only a few attempts modernization. A theoretical and methodological analysis revealed data contradictions both in assignment criteria. Digital versions cognitive diagnostic material could be more objective due to modern hardware software methods that register psychophysiological indicators. This research was an attempt digitalize standard letter variant cancellation test. It involved studies methods. The authors developed new stimulus for digital tests studied them using oculography. 90 people (33 men 57 women) aged 16–70 y.o. oculography set oculomotor reactions made it possible describe the peculiarities process its stages, as well establish such phenomenon inattention blindness. experiment also some stable patterns search strategies occurred during testing. While searching target limited time, respondents usually employ two basic strategies: 1) they read elementary units information integrate into single image; 2) stick symbolic content with subsequent selective processing select from flow.
