In the production of high-definition maps, it is necessary to achieve three-dimensional instantiation road furniture that difficult depict on traditional maps. The development mobile laser measurement technology provides a new means for acquiring data. To address issue traffic marking extraction accuracy in practical production, which affected by degradation, occlusion, and non-standard variations, this paper proposes 3D reconstruction method based energy functions template matching, using zebra crossings vehicle-mounted LiDAR point clouds as an example. First, regions interest (RoIs) containing are obtained through manual selection. Candidate sets then at fixed distances, their neighborhood intensity features calculated determine number stripes non-maximum suppression. Next, slice feature each stripe calculated, followed outlier filtering optimized length. Finally, matching selected, function composed average cloud within template, information entropy, gradient boundary constructed. result solving function, performing mode statistics, normalization. This enables complete RoI, maintaining planar corner 0.05 m elevation 0.02 m. time does not exceed 1 s, has been applied production.

The rapid and precise acquisition of forest stand parameters is a key challenge in resource assessment. Terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) provides fast accurate method, but its accuracy influenced by factors like tree segmentation parameters. This study focuses on Pinus tabuliformis plantations the Caijiachuan watershed, Jixian, Shanxi, Loess Plateau. Based field survey data, including number, height (H), diameter at breast (DBH), biomass, high-precision point cloud data were acquired using TLS. A comparative shortest path (CSP) algorithm was used for individual to investigate effect parameter selection measurement accuracy. results show that minimum has significant impact As increased from 3.0 5.5 m, recall rate (R) decreased while precision (P) increased. highest (F-score = 0.9470) biomass estimation (0.9066) obtained with 4.5 best extraction accuracies H DBH (0.9677 0.9518) 5.0 m. Optimizing improves accuracy, thereby enhancing use TLS soil water conservation
