Purpose This study examines the interconnections between information technology (IT) governance, Fintech adoption and financial literacy, evaluating their collective influence on sustainable performance of institutions. Focusing Bangladesh’s digital evolution, it aims to provide insights into how institutions can effectively embrace transformation while ensuring inclusion long-term sustainability in a rapidly changing landscape. Design/methodology/approach used survey method gather data from banking employees Bangladesh. A total 437 responses were obtained across six state-owned banks, which 391 valid for model testing. The analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM approach, with SmartPLS 4 SPSS 23 ensure robustness accuracy results. Findings findings reveal that adoption, IT governance literacy significantly contribute confirms strong enhances both institutional sustainability, higher positively influences performance. These results underscore interconnected roles these factors promoting success competitiveness within sector. Originality/value advances understanding as key drivers It offers helpful organizations policymakers, repositioning proactive innovation enabler emphasizing necessity robust structures enhanced promote growth environment.
