Agile software development initiatives have gained widespread recognition both domestically and internationally, particularly in the Chinese industry. However, traditional enterprises often face challenges, such as inadequate project management lower success rates, which can be attributed to a limited understanding of agile methodologies effective implementation practices. To address these challenges identify Critical Success Factors (CSFs) projects, an extensive literature review was conducted. As result, CSFs model for projects China constructed. The aim this study is evaluate using Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). research involved 30 authoritative experts from industry academia, each with more than 10 years relevant knowledge experience. FDM applied collect data through questionnaires verify theoretical factors dimensions three rounds survey. Finally, total 28 were analyzed ranked develop optimized that has significant impact on China. findings provide feasible set This also offers valuable insights broader adoption practices China, potential greatly improve rate implementation.
