Abstract
The
digital
transition
is
reshaping
cities,
transforming
both
labor
and
housing
markets.
While
its
impact
on
markets
increasingly
well
documented,
consequences
for
residential
choices
segregation
remain
poorly
understood.
New
jobs—especially
in
the
tech
sector—concentrated
into
potentially
reinforcing
clustering
of
highly
skilled
workers.

time,
higher
incomes
flexibility
remote
work

greater
freedom

choose

live,
