Male infertility is an increasing and serious medical concern, though the mechanism remains poorly understood. Impaired male reproductive function affects approximately half of infertile couples worldwide. Multiple factors related to environment, genetics, age, comorbidities have been associated with impaired sperm function. Present-day clinicians rely primarily on standard semen analysis diagnose potential develop treatment strategies. To address quality assessment bias enhance accuracy, World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended standardized testing; however, conventional diagnostic therapeutic options for infertility, including physical examination analysis, remain ineffective in relieving social burden. Instead, assisted techniques are becoming primary approach. In post-genomic era, multiomics technologies that deeply interrogate genome, transcriptome, proteome, and/or epigenome, even at single-cell level, besides breakthroughs robotic surgery, stem cell therapy, big data, offer promises towards solving deterioration factor infertility. This review highlights complex etiology especially roles lifestyle environmental factors, discusses advanced technologies/methodologies used characterizing its pathophysiology. A comprehensive combination these innovative approaches a global multi-centric setting fulfilling suitable ethical consent could ensure optimal developmental outcomes. These combinatorial should allow development markers, molecular stratification classes, personalized Since choices influence fertility, their integration any approach required safe, proactive, cost-effective, noninvasive precision theranostics affordable, accessible, facilitate realizing procreation dream.

This study was the first to combine addition of antioxidants a skim milk-egg yolk (SM-EY) extender and different equilibration periods obtain higher quality post-thawed Kacang buck semen. aimed determine effects green tea extract (GTE) on frozen goat sperm equilibrated for one two hours. The pool ejaculate equally divided into four portions diluted in an SM-EY that contained doses 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 mg GTE/100 mL T0, T1, T2, T3 groups, respectively. aliquots were treated period 1-2 h before further processing as Post-thawed semen evaluated quality. Sanger method used DNA sequencing, amino acid sequence read using MEGA v.7.0. T2 group hour had highest Pre-freezing motility determination coefficient compared motility. is report mutation due freeze-thawing. frequency mutations revealed least mutated acid. Glycine, valine, leucine, serine, asparagine strongly correlated It can be concluded combination 0.1 antioxidant one-hour resulted best

Abstract The current study evaluated the physiochemical quality and gene expression profile of post‐thawed buck semen after supplementation with antioxidants [melatonin (M), L‐carnitine (LC), cysteine (Cys), LC + M, M Cys, Cys M] in comparison non‐treated control group. Physical biochemical characteristics were following freezing thawing. Transcript abundance six selected candidate genes was using quantitative real‐time PCR. data demonstrated significant enhancement post‐freezing total motility, progressive percentage live sperm, CASA parameters, plasma membrane acrosome integrity all groups supplemented LC, compared analysis indicated that recorded increased levels GPX SOD coupled up‐regulation antioxidant (SOD1, GPX1 NRF2) mitochondrial transcripts (CPT2 ATP5F1A). Moreover, H2O2 level DNA fragmentation reduced other groups. In conclusion, alone or combination positively improved post‐thaw properties rabbit through activation bioenergetics‐related cellular defence mechanism.

Semen quality traits, including sperm morphology, shape, count, ejaculate volume, low percentage of motile spermatozoa in semen, and motility, play a crucial role male reproductive efficiency fertilization success. This review article highlighted the impact genetic polymorphisms genes on semen fertility traits mammalians. Single nucleotide (SNPs) these were associated with various abnormalities, such as abnormal flagella reduced impaired DNA integrity, altered antioxidant status, disrupted head–tail junction, spermatogenesis defects, testicular size, range disorders. comprehensive available literature offers significant insights into factors influencing which can contribute to development markers enhancement through assisted selective breeding programs.
