Eosinophilic ring erythema (EAE) is a rare eosinophilic dermatosis characterized by ring-shaped or arc-shaped papules and plaques, with infiltration throughout the dermis. Due to rarity of EAE, established treatment guidelines are currently lacking. In this report, we present case middle-aged male patient EAE who exhibited poor response systemic immunosuppressants but responded favorably upadacitinib. This highlights potential utility upadacitinib in managing particularly patients unresponsive conventional therapies.

Treatments are challenging in generalized granuloma annulare. We reported two cases of annulare without diabetes mellitus; one exhibited non-annular papules and the other did patch/annular lesions. Since they were refractory to multiple treatments, we treated them with JAK inhibitor baricitinib at 2 mg daily. After 1–2-month treatment, responded well good tolerance. Given increased JAK1 signaling, high interferon-α -γ production macrophage activation annulare, inhibitors considered be a reasonable choice for recalcitrant In addition cases, our further support effectiveness

Granuloma annulare (GA) is a non-infectious, granulomatous skin disease with an unknown pathoetiology whose treatment remains challenging. In recent decades, the Janus kinase-signal transducers and activators of transcription (JAK-STAT) pathway have been implicated in pathogenesis various diseases, including GA. This involves T-helpers macrophages, launching cytokine cascade that plays crucial role pathology. kinase (JAK) inhibitors can prevent involvement. To date, limited clinical data has reported about effectiveness JAK on diseases. review aims to examine studies off-label use different treating GA, focusing their safety. Since there no definitive for evaluating could help establish consensus future this type medication.
