Treatments
are
challenging
in
generalized
granuloma
annulare.
We
reported
two
cases
of
annulare
without
diabetes
mellitus;
one
exhibited
non-annular
papules
and
the
other
did
patch/annular
lesions.
Since
they
were
refractory
to
multiple
treatments,
we
treated
them
with
JAK
inhibitor
baricitinib
at
2
mg
daily.
After
1–2-month
treatment,
responded
well
good
tolerance.
Given
increased
JAK1
signaling,
high
interferon-α
-γ
production
macrophage
activation
annulare,
inhibitors
considered
be
a
reasonable
choice
for
recalcitrant

Eosinophilic
ring
erythema
(EAE)
is
a
rare
eosinophilic
dermatosis
characterized
by
ring-shaped
or
arc-shaped
papules
and
plaques,
with
infiltration
throughout
the
dermis.
Due
to
rarity
of
EAE,
established
treatment
guidelines
are
currently
lacking.
In
this
report,
we
present
case
middle-aged
male
patient
EAE
who
exhibited
poor
response
systemic
immunosuppressants
but
responded
favorably
upadacitinib.
This
highlights
potential
utility
upadacitinib
in
managing
particularly
patients
unresponsive
conventional
therapies.
