Aim In clinical practice, cardiologists frequently note substantial differences in coronary artery health among patients of the same age bracket. This observation led to our investigation into identifying genes that are shared between atherosclerosis and aging, as well those specifically amplified alone. Methods Our study leveraged existing gene expression datasets from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), avoiding need for new experimental research involving human or animal subjects. We focused on analyzing two specific datasets: one comprising samples individuals with without atherosclerosis, other featuring people middle versus older groups. To identify significant genes, we applied a technique known weighted average difference (WAD). Results analysis identified 14 were upregulated both aging hinting at involvement type I interferon response conditions. Conversely, 408 exhibited heightened activity within atherosclerotic lesions indicated an augmentation lysosome‐related processes. While might create groundwork predisposes progression also involves distinct factors such increase lysosomal activity. Conclusions Aging encompasses more than just senescence vascular cells; it is significantly affected by extracellular interferon. The onset therefore, cannot be attributed solely aging. Aim Sarcopenia is recognized as an age‐related muscle disease, but there has been no comprehensive analysis of what different between normal aging and sarcopenia, with awareness the worldwide research to date. Therefore, in this study, we used text mining PubMed articles on sarcopenia focused our bioinformatics items that have identified. Methods This study compared gene‐level changes identify sarcopenia‐specific gene using high‐throughput sequencing data. Abstract Atrial fibrillation (AF) is becoming a significant public health challenge, presenting moderate treatment effects and high recurrence rate. The lack of complete, in-depth understanding the pathogenesis AF severely limits capability early diagnosis (and staging) development mechanism-based, individual patient-targeted therapies. Using analyses large-scale single-nucleus transcriptomes, we characterized cell-type compositions non-AF atrial appendage tissues. We identified validated disease-specific cardiac cell subpopulations primary types, analyzed their co-expression gene modules, explored differentiation subclusters, evaluated intercellular communication signals among types subclusters.
