The problem of teacher competence is still often encountered, teachers are not ready to apply innovative teaching methods and tend return lecture-based learning patterns, qualification certification improvement programs have no direct impact on improving student achievement, trapped in bureaucratic thinking implement the curriculum, encouragement willingness learn develop prioritized by teachers. This paper presents an evaluation of teaching performance in online postgraduate programme at the Technical University Manabí, emphasising importance adopting effective wmechanisms to ensure quality. A quantitative, cross-sectional, exploratory, and descriptive-inferential ex post facto study was conducted on a sample 180 students from two cohorts Master's Education programme. Evaluasi non-tes, atau evaluasi formatif, memiliki peran krusial dalam pengembangan pendidikan, menilai kemajuan siswa di luar aspek akademis. Metode ini memungkinkan penilaian holistik terhadap keterampilan sosial, kepribadian, dan bakat siswa. Keunggulan utamanya terletak pada identifikasi sosial kunci keberhasilan masyarakat kompleks saat ini. juga memberikan guru peluang untuk umpan balik mendalam mendukung pendekatan pembelajaran yang responsif. Namun, penelitian menyoroti kendala implementasi non-tes MAN 2 Surakarta, terutama pelaksanaan PAI.
