This
study
described
how
the
educators,
both
from
public
and
private
schools
in
Cabanatuan
City,
managed
survived
difficulties
they
experienced
while
battling
Covid-19
virus.
The
researcher
used
a
descriptive
phenomenological
design
for
this
study,
of
which
an
in-depth
interview
was
conducted
to
generate
qualitative
data
twelve
(12)
educators

Thematic
analysis

namely:

findings
showed
that:
phenomenon
under
educators’
resiliency
through
faith
positivity,
enabled
them
faced
as
patients.
All
these
themes
form
central
idea
that
are
need
institutional
support
with
health
crisis,
such
pandemic,
can
put
lives
at
risk.
Based
results,
crafted
proposed
policy
will
aid
employees
times
crisis.
