There are many studies that address the topic of organizational development in context sustainability, but their results do not include a combined functional approach area management as well green organizations (GOs). Defining GOs and phases from perspective manufacturing companies has yet been sufficiently studied. This refers to process change including, limited to, production, human resources, marketing, environmental management, supply chain, circular economy, zero-waste buildings or product design. The purpose this paper is characterize criteria for describing define against background literature. Objective: This study uses a bibliometric analysis of articles on sustainability dimensions in various ways to illustrate the current trends business literature. Theoretical Framework: The concept has undergone significant development over time. Since inception modern environmental movement and implementation regulations during 1970s, it evolved into strategic concern propelled by market forces. Method: was centred mapping keywords, an authors' citations, papers' co-citations references, cartography journals, qualitative content. data been extracted from dimensional database that covers wide range data. It 2012 2023 examined using analytical tools. Results Discussion: A total 318 sustainability-related were examined. VOSviewer used conduct study. There determined be six primary clusters: Business Sustainability, Social Enablement, Environment Governance (ESG), People Profit Planet, Corporate Economic Value, Ethics. Based findings, search conducted keyword "business sustainability" comprising documents. Out these, 112 articles, 85 book chapters, 46 preprint publications, 55 proceedings, remaining 20 edited books.
