Chest pain is a common symptom in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, an autoimmune disease that associated increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. While chest mechanisms can be multifactorial often attributed to non-coronary or non-cardiac cardiac etiologies, emerging evidence suggests ischemia no obstructive coronary arteries (INOCA) prevalent condition artery disease.
