dysfunction
(CMD),

diseases
(CMVD)
in
2017,
international
documents
CMVD
have
increased
rapidly.
Although
some
these
made
preliminary
recommendations
for
diagnosis
and
treatment
CMVD,
they
did
not
provide
classification
levels
evidence.
In
order
to
summarize
recent
progress
field
standardize
methods
procedures
treatment,
identify
scientific
questions
future
research,
updated
2017
version
adopted
a
series
measures
ensure
quality
this
document.
The
current
has
raised
new
summarized
epidemiological
findings
different
types
analyzed
key
pathological
molecular
mechanisms,
evaluated
classical
novel
diagnostic
technologies,
recommended
pathways
criteria,
therapeutic
strategies
medications,
patients
with
CMVD.

knowledge
gaps

were
