Abstract
To
investigate
the
knowledge,
attitudes,
and
practices
(KAP)
concerning
prevention
of
heart
failure
recurrence
among
patients.
A
cross-sectional
study
was
conducted
at
Third
People's
Hospital
Yancheng
City
from
September
1,
2023,
to
December
31,
employing
a
self-administered
KAP
questionnaire.
The
included
421
patients,
whom
230
(54.6%)
were
male.
Median
scores
for
12.00
[10.00,
13.00]
(possible
range:
1-18),
20.00
[19.00,
21.00]
5-25),
16.00
[15.00,
17.00]
5-22),
respectively.
Pearson’s
correlation
analysis
indicated
positive
between
knowledge
attitude
(r=0.183,
P<0.001),
as
well
practice
(r=0.169,
P<0.001).
higher
score
significantly
associated
with

supported
by
structural
equation
modelling.
Multivariate
logistic
regression
revealed
that
