Three systemic biological systems, i.e., the nervous, immune, and cardiovascular form a mutually responsive forward-acting tissue network to regulate acute chronic function in health disease. Two sub-circuits within system have been described, artery brain circuit (ABC) heart (HBC), forming large (CBC). Likewise, nervous consists of peripheral central with their functional distinct sensory effector arms. Moreover, immune its constituents, innate adaptive interact CBC at multiple levels. As understanding structure inner workings gains momentum, it becomes evident that further research into may lead unprecedented classes therapies treat diseases as new biologically active molecules are being discovered likely affect disease progression. Here, we weigh merits integrating these recent observations neurobiology previous views pathogeneses. These considerations us propose Neuroimmune Cardiovascular Circuit Hypothesis.

Sympathetic nerves innervate bone marrow and various immune organs, where norepinephrine—the primary sympathetic neurotransmitter—directly interacts with cells that express adrenergic receptors. This article reviewed the key molecular pathways triggered by activation explored how activity influences cell migration. Norepinephrine serves as a chemoattractant for monocytes, macrophages, stem cells, promoting migration of myeloid while inhibiting lymphocytes at physiological concentrations. We also examined role infiltration in cardiovascular diseases cancer. Evidence suggests increases into target tissues across diseases, including atherosclerosis, hypertension, cardiac fibrosis, hypertrophy, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, heart failure, stroke. Conversely, may serve potential therapeutic strategy to treat these conditions reducing macrophage infiltration. Furthermore, promotes accumulation cancer tissues, mirroring its effects suppressing T lymphocyte cancerous sites. These changes contribute increased growth metastasis. Thus, could help protect against enhancing presence tumors.

The theory of engrams, proposed several years ago, is highly crucial to understanding the progress memory. Although it significantly contributes identifying new treatments for cognitive disorders, limited by a lack technology. Several scientists have attempted validate this but failed. With increasing availability activity-dependent tools, researchers found traces engram cells. Activity-dependent tools are based on mechanisms underlying neuronal activity and use combination emerging molecular biological genetic Scientists used these tag manipulate neurons identified numerous internal connections between In review, we provide background, principles, selected examples applications existing tools.
