Despite the growing interest in psychological wellbeing among Generation Z (born 1997-2012), there is a gap understanding how new media literacy, unconditional self-acceptance, and flexibility interact to influence wellbeing, particularly context of digital age. The proliferation technologies has reshaped way interacts with world, influencing various aspects their mental health wellbeing. This study was conducted explore whether literacy moderate mediation effect self-acceptance on relationship between A total 240 university students from Malaysia aged 18-25 were recruited using purposive sampling method. Results showed that directly significantly enhances regardless an individual’s level literacy. Furthermore, contribution significant through individuals low levels reveals effectiveness promoting well-being Z, suggesting crucial for resilience age, during identity development.
