Abstract Background After societal change in Kyrgyzstan, the pattern of parent-child interaction changing parenting culture is an important factor influencing positive development Kyrgyz children. This study aim to assess quality interactions Kyrgyzstan by analyzing patterns and playfulness children during free play at home. Methods was a descriptive pilot using video-recorded observations explore interactions. The Dyadic Parent-Child Interaction Coding System instrument were used interaction.
