Background: Adequate rest is crucial for critically ill children's Healing process, Stress reduction, Immune function, and Emotional stability while Promoting sleep in ICUs can improve patient outcomes. Study Aim Methodology: The study aimed to evaluate the impact of guideline implementation on sleeping patterns physiological parameters among children. Design Setting: A quasi-experimental design was used, conducted Critical Care Unit at Zagazig University Hospital. Sample Tools: convenient sample 100 children included. Data collection tools comprised: 1. Structured interview questionnaire, 2. ST Mary's Hospital Sleep questionnaires, 3. Physiological assessment tool (pulse, respiration, mean arterial blood pressure) Results: majority have significant disturbance, which linked factors (heart rate, pressure, respiration). In CCUs, poor quality causes alterations heart breathing. Conclusion: guidelines positively influenced enhancement metrics pediatric patients.

Background Sleep-related disorders are common among older adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Breathing exercises, a key component of rehabilitation programs, may improve sleep quality. However, there is paucity research on the impact breathing exercises quality in elderly patients COPD. Objective This study aimed to compare effects diaphragmatic (DB) and pursed-lip (PLB) Design Crossover clinical trial. Methods In this study, 60 COPD were randomly assigned two groups: DB followed by PLB (Group 1) 2). Each exercise was performed for 4 weeks. Participants completed Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Abbreviated Mental Test Score (AMTS), Assessment (CAT) questionnaires before training. Data analyzed using descriptive inferential statistics SPSS version 21, significance level 0.05. Results Both significantly improved ( P < 0.05). Skizofrenia di Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan dari yang sebelumnya 1,7 permil menjadi 7 tahun 2018. terdapat dua gejala psikotik utamanya merupakan halusinasi dan waham. Gangguan isi pikir: waham jauh lebih jarang daripada kondisi lain seperti skizofrenia, gangguan bipolar, mood lainnya. Penanganan dapat berupa penerapan strategi penatalaksaan umum untuk menurunkan intensitas dialami orientasi realita, melatih aspek positif, patuh dalam pengobatan. Tujuan: penelitian ini menggambarkan penatalaksanaan pada pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah keperawatan agama. Metode: Metode menggunakan pendekatan laporan kasus kepada satu proses asuhan jiwa meliputi pengkajian, perencanaan (Strategi Pelaksanaan Tindakan Keperawatan (SPTK)), implementasi evaluasi. Analisis data digunakan yaitu pengelompokan sesuai tanda diagnosa keperawatan. Hasil: Hasil didapatkan adalah prioritas Setelah diberikan tindakan selama tujuh hari (SP) 1-3 kriteria hasil tercapai.
