Background
Sleep-related
disorders
are
common
among
older
adults
with
chronic
obstructive
pulmonary
disease
(COPD).
Breathing
exercises,
a
key
component
of
rehabilitation
programs,
may
improve
sleep
quality.
However,
there
is
paucity
research
on
the
impact
breathing
exercises
quality
in
elderly
patients
COPD.
Objective
This
study
aimed
to
compare
effects
diaphragmatic
(DB)
and
pursed-lip
(PLB)
Design
Crossover
clinical
trial.
Methods
In
this
study,
60
COPD
were
randomly
assigned
two
groups:
DB
followed
by
PLB
(Group
1)

Each
exercise
was
performed
for
4
weeks.
Participants
completed
Pittsburgh
Sleep
Quality
Index
(PSQI),
Abbreviated
Mental
Test
Score
(AMTS),
Assessment
(CAT)
questionnaires
before

satu
proses
asuhan
jiwa
meliputi
pengkajian,
perencanaan
(Strategi
Pelaksanaan
Tindakan
Keperawatan
(SPTK)),
implementasi
evaluasi.
Analisis
data
digunakan
yaitu
pengelompokan
sesuai
tanda
diagnosa
keperawatan.
Hasil:
