Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are a significant public health concern worldwide, necessitating effective prevention and management strategies. Lifestyle interventions play crucial role in mitigating CVD risk factors, yet their efficacy feasibility warrant further investigation. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of lifestyle interventions, including diet modification, exercise regimens, stress techniques, both managing preventing cardiovascular diseases.
