In

paper,
the
model
reference
adaptive
system
(MRAS)
method
has
been
employed
to
observe
speed
in
sensorless
field-oriented
control
(FOC)

flux
weakening
(FW)
and
maximum
torque
per
ampere
(MTPA)

interior
permanent-magnet
synchronous
motor
(IPMSM).
