Introduction Screen use in bed has become a widespread habit, particularly among young people. This behavior been associated with poor sleep, some studies indicating that social media may be especially detrimental. However, there is scarcity of research directly comparing the relationship between various screen activities and most existing focus on adolescents rather than adults. study aims to explore sleep students, specifically other screen-based activities. Methods utilized data from cross-sectional Students’ Health Wellbeing Study 2022 included n=45,202 participants aged 18-28 years.
