AN–PANT predisposes to a myriad of health disorders. cessation strategies are modeled after programs, and their efficacies not evaluated critically. The present study aimed assess relative effectiveness different interventions nonparametric network meta-analysis (NMA). Material Method: An NMA was conducted registration Prospero. A systematic search across PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials (CENTRAL) databases yielded 137 articles, 29 duplicates removed. population, interventions, comparators, outcomes framework guided selection criteria for ensuring robust relevant analysis. Result: In all, 11 were 9 studies involving 12,659 patients. effect intervention, as an odds ratio 95% credibility limits, ranged from 0.30 (0.022–4.01) type behavioral intervention 10.5 (0.62–229) Escitalopram. credible interval few only crossing 1. risk bias assessment demonstrated extent biases within included trials, contributing comprehensive understanding wholesome evidence end 2023. Discussion: underscores urgent need re-evaluate designs employed in AN/PANT addiction-cessation trials. evidence-based insights provided by this could serve foundation designing future trials guiding clinical decision-making policy development.
